The joe gardener® Company selects products chosen as THE BEST OF THE MUST HAVES (the list), completely independent of any influence by product sellers, manufacturers, vendors or any other party that may have a financial interest or benefit from its inclusion into the list.

Neither Joe Lamp'l nor The joe gardener Company accepts any financial compensation for a product to be considered, evaluated, tested or included for possible selection into the list.

The joe gardener Company does not notify any company or product representative of inclusion into the list until AFTER the final selection process is complete.

Favorable comments by Joe Lamp’l or The joe gardener Company about a product that is selected into the list are not influenced by any participation a related company or party to the selected product may have, should they choose to promote their product through joe gardener media resources.

Companies with an interest in the promotion of a product selected for the list may choose to participate in traditional marketing and promotional opportunities available through joe gardener media or other third party avenues.  Standard advertising and promotional rates would apply and are handled in a manner representative of an “arms length” transaction when utilizing joe gardener media properties to avoid bias or influence and maintain objectivity.
